Growing up between Lagos and London, Charles developed an early passion for real estate when he helped his father find the family’s home at just fourteen years old. The move from central London to the suburbs near Wembley Stadium, right before the area’s boom, opened his eyes to how the right property decisions can create lasting value. That early experience sparked a lifelong curiosity about markets, timing, and opportunity.

An athlete at heart, Charles spent his younger years training in Taekwondo and playing soccer for several teams. His love of sports and the arts, especially photography, continues to this day, balancing focus and creativity in everything he does.

With a background in Economics and a Master’s in Finance, Charles brings an analytical yet down-to-earth approach to real estate. He specializes in identifying properties in emerging neighborhoods, areas with strong rental demand and long-term appreciation potential, and has a particular interest in new construction projects that help anchor growing communities.
