A little bit about me...

Lee Dockery brings a dynamic background and a relationship-first approach to real estate, shaped by years of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for connecting with people. Born and raised in Augusta, Lee developed an early sense of independence and drive, inspired by a family of high achievers. That mindset led him from Boston, where he attended college, to Nashville’s fast-paced music industry, and ultimately to Atlanta, where he launched his own business in 2019.

Over the past eight years, Lee has owned and operated a successful auction liquidation company that works closely alongside real estate transactions. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the moving process, asset value, and the importance of clear communication. His business philosophy is simple: prioritize people, lead with honesty, and success will follow. That mindset now serves as the foundation of how he guides clients through buying and selling with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Lee is driven by exploration and lifelong learning. A dedicated fly fisherman since childhood and an avid golfer, he also founded and manages a fly fishing guide business, Roatan On The Fly, based in Honduras. His frequent travels there have fueled a passion for scuba diving, where he recently earned his rescue diver certification and is continuing his training.

Lee’s diverse experiences, including living abroad in Osaka, Japan, give him a unique perspective and adaptability that resonates with a wide range of clients. Whether navigating a complex transaction or simply offering guidance, Lee is committed to delivering a seamless, transparent, and client-focused real estate experience.
